What: The 61st “Japantown Kimono Day”

When:  January 13th from 10:00am

 Where: Kinokuniya Mall (Japantown), 1881 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94115

Make a plan to come to SF Japantown in kimonos!

1:30pm : Enjoy Calligraphy Master Suisen Sekiguchi’s big brush performance

Simply come and join us in your kimono or yukata and enjoy the day!

Please be informed that kimono rentals or kimono dressing assistant services are not available in this month.

We, however, offer donation-based yukata rental and dressing services.

Some things to keep in mind:

         1) Walk-in only

         1) First come first serve basis from 10:30am to 12:00pm

         1) Each participant can enjoy being in a yukata for one hour

         1) Please make sure to bring/wear a tank top or a camisole and a pair of leggings.  Also, please bring a pair of sandals.
