Enjoy the Fall Kaiseki Workshop

The next seasonal JCCCNC kaiseki cooking workshop features a four-course menu showcasing fresh flavors and colors reflecting the fall season.

 

Fall Tasting Menu:

  • Cold poached chicken breast with bainiku (umeboshi plum) sauce
  •  Nasubi marudaki (simmered eggplant with shredded eggs and ginger)
  •  Konnyaku karashimisoae (konjac yam with mustard accented miso dressing)
  •  Takikomi gohan (mixed vegetable rice)
